2) Voucher is valid at all participating Subhome Managed Suites
3) Lost or damaged voucher will not be reissued
4) Advance reservation of 14 (fourteen) days is required. Please mention the use of the voucher at the time of reservation. Reservation to be made via https://www.subhome.my/vippassredemption
5) Voucher is non-transferable
6) Voucher may not be applicable on black-out dates including but not limited to the eve and day of Public Holidays and special occasions unless otherwise stated
7) Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or service
8) Vouchers can be combined to lengthen the stay, but cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts and promotions run by SUBHOME from time to time.
9) Canceling your stay less than 14days before your arrival will be considered no show and non-refundable.
